- We never sell your personal data.
- We contact you by call, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry; marketing only with your consent.
- Children's data only with a parent's or guardian's consent.
- Write to support@mybranding.live any time to see, correct or delete your data.
Who we are
This website, mybranding.live, belongs to Atharva Branding Businesses (ABB), a partnership firm based in Mysuru, Karnataka. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Atharva Branding Businesses.
Atharva Branding Businesses decides why and how your personal data is used, so under Indian law we are the “data fiduciary” for the personal data described in this policy. Our office is at 2784, 9th Cross, Kalidasa Road (KD Road), beside ICICI Bank, Vani Vilas Mohalla, Mysuru, Karnataka 570002, India.
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the choices and rights you have. It applies to this website, our forms (including lead forms on Facebook, Instagram and Google), WhatsApp, phone calls, email, our workshops and events, and our online courses.
Personal data we collect
When you enquire or book a consultation: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, city, business or organisation name, your role, the service you are interested in and anything you write in your message.
When you become a client or join a programme: the details above, plus billing name and address, GST number for businesses, the programme or service you bought, attendance, assignments, assessments, feedback and completion records.
When you pay us: the amount, date, invoice and transaction reference. Card, UPI and bank details are collected and processed by the payment gateway or your bank, not stored by us.
When you use our online courses: your login details, course progress, quiz results and completion, held on our course platform.
When you visit our website: your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, time spent and the site that referred you, collected through cookies and similar tools (see “Cookies and website tools” below).
When a referral partner introduces you: your name and contact details, shared by the partner after telling you about it.
When you apply for a job or internship: your CV, education, work history and contact details.
At workshops and events: photos and videos of sessions, which may show participants.
We do not ask for sensitive data such as health information, religion, caste or financial account numbers through our forms. Please do not send it to us unless we specifically need it for a service you have asked for.
How we collect it
You give it to us directly through website forms, lead forms on Facebook, Instagram and Google, WhatsApp messages, calls, email, registration forms at events and our course platform.
Some data is collected automatically when you use this website, through cookies and similar tools.
Some data comes from others with your knowledge: referral partners, the school, college or company that arranges a programme for you, and advertising platforms when you submit one of their lead forms.
Why we use your personal data
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation, by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To send proposals and quotations, deliver the branding, social media management, paid advertising, websites, local SEO, automation, business consulting, corporate training, courses and internships you ask for, and give you access to course material.
- To issue invoices, receive payments and keep accounts.
- To follow up on your enquiry or programme, collect feedback and improve our services.
- To send you updates about events, workshops and offers, only if you have agreed. You can opt out at any time.
- To measure how our website and advertisements perform, so we spend our marketing budget sensibly.
- To calculate and pay commission to the referral partner who introduced you.
- To consider job and internship applications.
- To keep our systems secure, prevent misuse and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We use your data on the basis of the consent you give us (for example, when you submit a form) or for uses the law allows without fresh consent, such as data you share voluntarily for a specific purpose, and compliance with laws and court orders. We use your data only for the purpose it was collected for, or a closely related purpose you would reasonably expect.
Phone calls, WhatsApp and marketing messages
If you share your number with us, our team may call you or send WhatsApp messages about your enquiry, your programme or your account. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and its own terms and privacy policy apply to messages sent through it.
We send promotional messages only when you have agreed to receive them. To stop them, reply STOP on WhatsApp, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or write to support@mybranding.live. Stopping marketing messages does not affect messages about a service you are already using.
Lead forms on Facebook, Instagram and Google
When you fill an instant form or lead form in one of our advertisements, the platform (Meta or Google) shares the details you submit with us so we can contact you. We use them only for the purpose shown on the form, and handle them as described in this policy.
Meta and Google also process your data under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
Children and students under 18
Some of our courses and college programmes include students under 18. We collect a child’s personal data only with the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian, for example through a consent form signed by the parent or a consent arranged through the school or college.
We use a child’s data only to run the programme they are enrolled in, to communicate with the parent or institution, and to issue completion records. We do not use children’s data for targeted advertising or behavioural tracking, and we do not knowingly allow children to submit our enquiry forms. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.
If you believe we have collected a child’s data without the right consent, write to support@mybranding.live and we will delete it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only as needed with:
- Our team and associates who deliver your service, under confidentiality obligations.
- Service providers who process data for us: website hosting (Hostinger), email, our CRM and Google Sheets (Google), website analytics (Google), WhatsApp and lead forms (Meta), our online course platform (TagMango), payment gateways and banks, and website tools such as WPForms and the Chaty chat widget. They may use your data only to provide their service to us.
- Referral partners, only to the extent needed to confirm a referral and pay their commission.
- Schools, colleges and companies that arranged a programme for you, for attendance, assessment and completion records.
- Government and legal authorities when the law requires it, and professional advisers such as auditors.
- A successor business if our business is reorganised or transferred, with this policy continuing to apply.
Some providers, such as Google and Meta, may store data outside India. When this happens, we rely on their security commitments and transfer data only where Indian law allows.
Cookies and website tools
Cookies are small files stored on your device. This website uses:
- Essential cookies that keep the website and its forms working.
- Google Analytics (through the Google tag) to understand how visitors use the site. Google’s privacy policy applies, and you can opt out with Google’s browser add-on.
- The Chaty widget that shows our WhatsApp and call buttons and counts how often they are used.
- Advertising tags such as the Meta Pixel or Google Ads conversion tracking, if we add them to measure our advertisements.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Essential parts of the site will still work, but some features may not.
Photos, videos and testimonials
We take photos and videos at workshops and events and may share them on our websites and social media. We tell participants at the start of an event; if you do not want to appear, tell the organiser or write to support@mybranding.live and we will not use, or will remove, images of you. Images of children are used only with the consent of a parent or the institution.
The reviews on our websites are copied word for word from public Google reviews or shared with the person’s permission.
How long we keep your data
- Enquiries and leads that do not become clients: until you ask us to stop, and no longer than three years after our last contact.
- Client and programme records: for the length of the engagement and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting and other laws require.
- Website and security logs: at least one year, as Indian rules require, and then deleted.
- Job and internship applications: up to one year after the role is filled, unless you join us.
When we no longer need your data, we delete it or remove the details that identify you. Where the law requires, we will tell you before we erase data.
How we protect it
We use reasonable security safeguards: encrypted (HTTPS) connections on our websites, a website firewall and malware scanning, access limited to team members who need the data, separate logins, regular software updates and backups. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and review our safeguards regularly.
If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires, explaining what happened and the steps we are taking.
Your rights
Under Indian law you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it, and who we have shared it with;
- correct, complete or update your data;
- erase your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect anything done before you withdrew it, and we may not be able to continue a service that needs the data);
- stop sending you marketing messages;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so.
To use any of these rights, write to support@mybranding.live or call +91 86609 69742. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is accepting complaints.
